Your security questions verify your identity. NaviNet asks you to answer your security questions if you forget your password and need to reset it from the NaviNet sign in screen. NantHealth Support also asks you to answer these questions when you call the support line.
You must set your security questions when you log in to NaviNet for the first time; however, you can change them at any time.
- In the upper-right corner of the screen, click the My Profile icon (), and then click Manage My Profile.
- Click My Security.
- In the Password and Security Questions section, click Change Security Information.
- On the Contact Information screen, click Change My Security Questions, type your current password, and then click Submit.
- On the Challenge and Response screen, update your security questions and responses as needed, and then click Submit.
