About the Eviti library

The Eviti evidence-based medical library contains over 3,000 evidence-based regimens and over 10,000 federally registered clinical trials covering all cancers and cancer subtypes.

Each regimen in the Eviti library contains extensive data, including supporting literature, endorsing organizations, expected outcomes or clinical benefits, top toxicities, and costs based on average sales price (ASP) plus 6%.

To determine if a regimen is evidence-based and whether to include it in our library, our clinical content team regularly reviews journals and publications from many sources, including, but not limited to, the following:

  • American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO)
  • American Society of Hematology (ASH)
  • National Comprehensive Cancer Network (NCCN Compendium)
  • American College of Radiology (ACR)
  • Government agencies, including the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and the National Cancer Institute (NCI)
  • Peer-reviewed articles about clinical trials that use each regimen

Our clinical content team maintains the library. At a minimum, they review all regimens annually. They continually monitor the sources for new recommendations, and add or update regimens as needed.
