Eviti Medical Office enhancements

To streamline the workflow for our Eviti Medical Office, we enhanced the following areas:

Reconsiderations

When the Medical Office reviews a reconsideration request, the Complete Medical Office Review screen now displays the patient-friendly summary, the clinical summary, and the citations associated with the denied treatment plan.

This lets Medical Office users complete cases more quickly when the reconsideration request is upheld and the case is denied (#146453).

Pharmacy Benefit Drugs (PBM)

When the Medical Office adds a PBM drug to a treatment plan via Eviti Modify, the system now recognizes that it's a PBM drug, and modifies the treatment plan's turn-around-clock and the status.

The Treatment Plan Summary now indicates that the Medical Office added a PBM drug and displays the new status.

This enhancement eliminates the manual effort to review and update the treatment plan's turn-around-clock and status (#146416, #146417, #146418, #146419, #146453).

Eviti Library updates

Previously, a Conference Abstract indicator appeared on the regimen's Sources tab and on the Template List Information report whenever a regimen included a conference abstract.

In this release, we removed the Conference Abstract indicator because it is no longer required. (#146440 & #146443).

Resolved issues

  • The cost saving details that were entered on the Complete MO Review screen appeared on the Provider Dashboard for partially approved treatment plans. Providers should not see this information, so we removed it. (#146450).
  • The display-only Citation field and the Appeal Review By drop-down list no longer appear editable when the user clicks Eviti Appeals Summary via the Payer and Patient Management dashboards (#146397).
