Payer actions let users update the status of a treatment plan on their payer dashboard.

To quickly see the status of any treatment plan, the most recent status appears in the treatment plan's Payer Action column on the dashboard.

Example

To access the action list, a user clicks Add/View Payer Comments on a treatment plan on the payer dashboard.

Here is an example of the action list in the Add Comments window:

If the user selects an action, it appears in the treatment plan's Payer Action column on the dashboard.

Best practice

Provide payer actions so it's easy for everyone to know the status of a treatment plan without having to open the treatment plan and read the comments.
