Print or download a treatment plan
Print or download a PDF of a submitted treatment plan.
- On the Eviti home page, click Saved Treatments at the top of the page or click Review Saved Treatments in the right panel.

On the Saved Treatments screen, find
your treatment plan in the list.
To find the treatment plan quickly, in the Filter Search section, click Clear Filters. Then, clear the dates, type the patient's last name in the Patient's Full Name box, select the provider's name, and then click Search.

After you find the treatment plan, click the link in the
Treatment column.
The treatment plan opens in a new window.
- Click the Print icon in the upper-right corner of the screen, or click the Download icon to download the PDF.
