What should I do after I enter the treatment plan into Eviti Connect?

If the treatment plan requires medical review, our medical team reviews it. If you need an expedited medical review, call NantHealth Support at 1-888-482-8057.

After we complete the review, you receive an email that indicates whether we issued an Eviti code to the treatment plan. If we issued an Eviti code, the email includes the payer's Eviti code definition, and instructions about what to do next.

If you have an Eviti code and you need the authorization right away, please call the payer. Find their number on the patient's member ID card.
