Change a user's username

If a user's email addresses changes, you can update it. The username is the user's email address.

  1. In Payer Administration, click the Payer Users tab.
  2. Find the user whose username you want to edit, and then click Edit in the Actions column.
  3. Click Change Username.
  4. Type and confirm the new email address, and then click Save.

The user can now login to Eviti Connect using their new username and existing password.
