Deactivate a user's account

Deactivate a user's account if they no longer work for the payer or they no longer need to access the payer dashboard.

We recommend that you deactivate a user's account instead of deleting the user's account.

  1. In Payer Administration, click the Payer Users tab.
  2. Find the user who you want to deactivate, and then click Edit in the Actions column.
  3. Click Deactivate to deactivate the user's account.

If the user tries to log into Eviti Connect, a message indicates that their account is not active, and to contact NantHealth Support.
