Reset a user's password

If a user forgets their password, you can reset it.

  1. In Payer Administration, click the Payer Users tab.
  2. Find the user in the list, and then click Edit in the Actions column.
  3. Click Reset Password.

The system emails the user a new password and a link to Eviti Connect. The system does not require the user to change the password, but we recommend that they do. They can change their password in My Account.
